We provide legal advice on all human resources practices, assisting our clients in the application of labor rules and creation of strategic solutions in matters of professionals recruiting; work schedules and compensation, forms of hiring, compensation, and offering of benefits; workplace safety; payroll and personnel department issues; career plans and job descriptions; and training.

In the labor relations field, we have established experience in identifying alternative forms of compensation for executives, such as stock option plans, bonuses and commission programs, and profit-sharing plans (PLR). Our practice also includes the preparation and review of offer letters, contracts, agreements (exclusivity, non-compete, confidentiality, and data protection), rules and policies for business professionals.

When it comes to resolving disputes, we represent our clients' interests in complex labor lawsuits, tax assessments, out-of-court settlements, as well as proceedings before the Labor Public Prosecutor's Office or involving trade unions, including through negotiation of collective conventions and collective bargaining agreements.
