Who works at Lobo de Rizzo

Diversity and Inclusion
Lobo de Rizzo develops actions to guarantee a safe work environment for everyone and makes diversity the path to greater equity and inclusion in the legal world.
We have four Affinity groups that work on the following topics: Ethnic-Racial, People with Disabilities, LGBTI+, and Gender. These groups have members who lead discussions internally by suggesting actions, creating literacy content for the internal public, and promoting conversation circles and lectures, among other initiatives.
Today, our firm is made up of 61% women, 16% black people, 11% LGBTI+ people, and 2% people with disabilities.
How do we support our people's development?
Learning is the basis for reaching new places and our people are an essential part of the firm's evolution and continued success by reflecting one of our values: to share knowledge.
We always look for new ways of doing things by encouraging and investing in the development of our people through initiatives such as Knowledge Tuesday, a product from the Knowledge Management area that deals with current and relevant issues in the field of Law.
We also work on coordinating Amplifica, a training and development track that addresses organizational culture, technical topics, and behavior. This content is made available on a platform by the Training and Development area.
Likewise, the Leadership theme is developed and exercised in our daily lives, prioritizing the professional development of our people and the recognition of all our achievements.
